Meditation

For over thousands of years, many Eastern meditation practitioners have reached higher spiritual levels. Eastern meditation practices have recently received broad acceptance in the West. The goal of meditation is to reach higher levels of spirituality, or to find the true self. It is known since the dawn of mankind's spiritual search, that without proper steps, one can spend a lifetime meditating and never reach a higher level.

By comparison, meditation for health benefit exclusively is relatively simple to achieve. Following the proper traditional steps, the numerous health benefits become apparent within the first few hours of practice.

Spiritual meditation requires much more preparation to even begin the first step. Those who have reached a higher spiritual level exhibit a more vibrant, youthful appearance, along with miraculous inner strength, which can be channeled internally and externally. The principle of spiritual meditation is the attainment of purity, after which the state of emptiness, or zero can follow. While meditating, it is common for evil spiritual influences, both visible (negative thoughts) and invisible (negative entities) to surround you, trying to distract and deceive. One must learn to block the negative, visible influences before learning to block the more deceptive, invisible influences. Once you can block both of these, you will not be swayed; but will gain wisdom based on principle. Once blocking the visible and invisible influences effectively, you can remove the negative and begin to purify yourself, reaching toward a state of emptiness. Once this is achieved, you can begin to enter true spiritual meditation.
