This good quality of life translates into longevity with a healthy mind, body and soul. Without achieving a harmonious balance of the mind, body and soul (spirit), it is all too common that people sense a loss of life's meaning. Without meaning, the pain and suffering of this deep loss causes the wounded soul to constantly search for new directions.

You can buy material comforts to help ease your mental and physical pain and suffering - but no amount of material comforts can bring someone spiritual inner peace and harmony.
